What this policy covers
This policy explains what data Tsubu collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to tsubu.art and the Tsubu studio.
Data we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and avatar. We also store the projects and sprites you create, plus the basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the studio: authenticating you, saving your library and improving reliability. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
Tsubu uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host the service (hosting, storage, AI generation), bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You can export your art at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. EU users have the rights granted by the GDPR, including access, rectification and erasure.
